How does Tritally connect to my accounting software?

Tritally uses secure OAuth 2.0 to connect with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and Stripe — the same standard used by banks. Credentials are never stored on our servers. Tokens are encrypted and automatically refreshed before expiry.

Will my customers know the emails are automated?

No. Emails send on behalf of your business from your domain with your branding. The AI generates natural, personalised messages. VIP customers get warm language; high-risk customers get firmer but still professional communication.

What happens when a customer pays?

The moment Tritally detects payment (within 5 minutes), all future scheduled communications are immediately cancelled, the invoice is marked Collected, and a review request is queued after your configured delay.

Can I exclude certain customers from being chased?

Yes. You can manually override any customer's segment, pause a workflow for a specific invoice, or permanently exclude a customer. VIP customers automatically receive only gentle, infrequent reminders with no voice escalation.

Are AI voice calls legal in Australia?

Tritally's AI calls comply with Australian telecommunications regulations. Calls are placed only during configurable business hours, callers are identified as calling on behalf of your business, and customers can opt out at any time.
